  1. Funds escrowed via Stripe Connect

    When you hire a provider, the mission amount is held by Stripe Connect — not by us, by Stripe. The provider knows they will get paid. You know payment only happens once you validate.

  2. Report at any time

    During the mission, you can report a problem in one click. Our team arbitrates. Funds stay in escrow until the situation is resolved.

  3. Release on validation

    Once the mission is validated, funds are released to the provider in full. No percentage. No hidden retention.

Credit system

Applying isn't bought. It's earned.

You can post listings and you can apply to other people's. Applying takes credits.

Each week you receive 10 for free. And that's it: no purchases possible. We won't run a pay-to-win system where the highest bidder jumps the line.

On the other hand, every signed mission earns you credits: we consider your profile more relevant when you deliver. Agencies that want to apply a lot just need to chain missions — it's coherent and it shields us from spam.
